Jakob joined the team in April 2007 on a free transfer from Paris Saint Germain Old Boys and was put up front in the first game, by the start of second half down to midfield and before the game was over, found his natural place as sweeper or defensive midfield.
A long Viking career including 10 Viking Cup's and furthermore gets blamed for being a founding member of a Viking team - not to be mentioned here - some two hours flight south of Beijing.
Jakob is additionally a hard line supporter of social activities. Most importantly, Jakob's driver has learnt to find The Den and pick up Vikings' clothes (and sometimes also Jakob) on his own!!
